We refer to our announcement made on 11 December 2000 and the letter of query dated 12 December 2000.

The additional information required on the announcement is as follows:-

1. The industrial land sold measures 16,187.62 sq.m. and the land is freehold.
2. The date of investment of the land is on 26 October 1993.
3. The net book value of the Land based on the last audited accounts as at
30 June 2000 is RM2.5 million.
4. The purchaser, Oil-Line, Engineering & Associates Sdn Bhd, bought the land
on the basis of "as is where is" and free from all caveats, liens, charges and
other encumbrances and with vacant possession. As such, no liability will be
assumed by the purchaser.
5. The disposal is expected to result in a Gain on disposal of RM173,825.00 to
the Group.
6. The disposal is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings
per shares of the Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2001.

Query Letter Contents :

We refer to your announcement dated 11 December 2000.
In this connection, kindly furnish the Exchange with the following additional
information for public release :-
(1) The size and tenure of the Land
(2) The date of investment of the Company in the Land .
(3) The net book value of the Land based on the last audited accounts of the
Company.
(4) Particulars of all liabilities to be assumed by Oil-Line Engineering &
Associates Sdn Bhd arising from the Disposal.
(5) The expected gains or losses to the Group arising from the Disposal.
(6) Effect of the Disposal on the earnings per share of the Group for the
financial year ending 30 June 2001.
