With reference to your letter dated 26 February 2001 on the above, we wish to inform the Exchange that whilst Sateras is affected by the provisions of paragraph 2.1(c) of PN No. 4/2001, it is of the opinion that it does not fall under any of the criteria prescribed in paragraph 6.1 of PN No. 4/2001. As such, there is no necessity for Sateras to appoint an independent accounting firm as a monitoring accountant to perform the functions set out in paragraph 6.2.
