Jul 2007 Pursuant to a privatisation agreement, Perbadanan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pahang agreed to alienate several adjoining plots of land aggregating 430 acres to the Group. Together with the adjoining 117 acres of freehold land acquired in September ’02, this was to be developed into BGRC
Oct 2006 Launched the first parcel of TIS 2 (761 units of single-storey terrace houses and semi-detached houses) for sale
Apr 2006 Delivered the residential units in TIS 1
May 2005 Entered into a JV to develop Taman Indera Sempurna 2 (“TIS 2″). This project was divided into six blocks
May 2004 Launched TIS 1
Oct 2003 Official ground breaking ceremony of TIS 1 by the Chief Minister of Pahang
Dec 2002 Entered into a JV to develop Taman Indera Sempurna 1 (TIS 1), the Group’s second property development project
Sep 2002 Acquired 117.0 acres of freehold land in Gambang, Kuantan, Pahang. This tract of land was to form part of future plans to develop Bukit Gambang Resort City (“BGRC”)
May 2001 Entered into a Joint Venture (“JV”) to develop Taman Sentoria, the Group’s first property development project
