We refer to our announcement made on 31 March 2011 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager for SUNREIT, is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition was completed on 19 April 2011. The Certificate of Sale (National Land Code Form 16F) was registered with the Kuala Lumpur Land Registry on 19 April 2011 by which the title has passed to and vested in OSK Trustees Berhad as the trustee for SUNREIT after SUNREIT has paid the balance of the purchase price. | |
