We refer to our announcement dated 30 August 2013 in relation to the application to the Securities Commission (“SC”) on the proposed change in shareholding structure of the Manager (“Proposal”). The Board of Directors of the Manager wishes to announce that the SC had on 31 October 2013 approved the Proposal. Upon SC’s approval, the Manager would remain a subsidiary of Sunway Berhad by virtue of it being 80% owned by Sunway Berhad and 20% owned by Millennium Pavilion Sdn Bhd.
