We refer to our announcement on 25 April 2011 in relation to the approval obtained from the Securities Commission on the proposed change in shareholding structure of the Manager from being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway City Berhad (“SunCity”) to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway Berhad (formerly known as Alpha Sunrise Sdn Bhd) (“Sunway”) or its subsidiary in connection with the disposal of the entire business and undertaking including all the assets and liabilities of SunCity to Sunway (“Disposal”). We wish to announce that the change in shareholding structure of the Manager was effected on 18 August 2011, whereby all the shares in the Manager held by SunCity have been transferred to Sunway consequential to the completion of the Disposal on 18 August 2011. This announcement is dated 18 August 2011. | |
