Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company of SUNREIT, wishes to announce that Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr Jeffrey Cheah Fook Ling, the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, has given notice that SUNREIT has issued 2,268,200 units to its Manager, Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd as part payment of management fees in units to Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd for the fourth quarter ended 30 June 2014, details as set out in the Table below.
