Based on Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company of SUNREIT, wishes to announce that Ng Sing Hwa, the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, has given notice that Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, a company in which he has deemed interest based on Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965, has transferred a total of 460,340 units in SUNREIT to its shareholder, Millennium Pavilion Sdn Bhd.
