On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of SunREIT, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 27 December 2016 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA. The Balance Purchase Price was fully paid using SunREIT’s existing debt financing facilities.
