SUNWAY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (SUNREIT) - PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF THE LAND AND BUILDINGS LOCATED IN SECTION 23, BANDAR SHAH ALAM, DAERAH PETALING, SELANGOR (PROPOSED ACQUISITION)
The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager for SunREIT (Manager), is pleased to announce that SunREIT, represented by its trustee, RHB Trustees Berhad (Trustee), has on 11 January 2017 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Champion Edge Sdn Bhd (CESB or Vendor) to acquire the land and the buildings erected on the land held under H.S.(D) 132499, Lot No. PT 65, Section 23, Bandar Shah Alam, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan (SPA) for a purchase price of RM91.5 million to be fully satisfied in cash (Purchase Price).
