Based on Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company of SUNREIT, wishes to announce that Ng Sing Hwa, the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, has given notice of the dealing in the units of Sunway REIT outside the closed period by Millennium Pavilion Sdn Bhd, a company in which he has deemed interest based on Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016, details as set out in the Table below.
