We refer to the announcement dated 3 February 2012 (“Announcement”) in relation to the acceptance of the Facility.  Words and expressions defined in this announcement shall have the same meaning as the words and expressions defined or used in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager for SUNREIT, wishes to announce that the Trustee had on 2 February 2018 accepted a new 1-year Revolving Financing-i facility of up to USD100 million (“Revolving Financing-i Facility”) from HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad and a cross currency swap contract from HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad to refinance the Facility which expired on 5 February 2018.

None of the Directors and/or Major Unitholders and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above acceptance of the Revolving Financing-i Facility.
