We refer to our announcement dated 5 June 2012 (“Announcement”) in relation to the Facility. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement. The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd (as Manager for SUNREIT) wishes to announce that RHB Trustees Berhad (as Trustee for SUNREIT) had on 20 September 2018 accepted an additional revolving loan facility of up to RM250.0 million (the “Additional Facility”) from Public Bank Berhad amounting to a total revolving loan facility of RM1.5 billion. The purpose of the Additional Facility is to partly or fully repay any issuance of the commercial papers by SUNREIT Capital Berhad under the Commercial Papers Programme up to the nominal value of RM250.0 million during the tenor of the Additional Facility. This announcement is dated 20 September 2018. |
