Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 28 February 2019 (“Announcement”).
We refer to our Announcement in relation to the CP Programme.
The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company for SUNREIT, is pleased to announce that the Issuer has on 1 April 2019 made the first CPs issuance of RM1.5 billion under the CP Programme, which has been accorded a short-term rating of P1(s) by RAM Rating Services Berhad. The relevant transaction documents for the CP Programme have been executed on 25 March 2019.
The Issuer will advance the proceeds raised from the first CPs issuance under the CP Programme to SUNREIT where the REIT Trustee shall utilise such proceeds to repay the amount outstanding under the revolving loan facility.
