The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company for SUNREIT, is pleased to announce that on 15 April 2019, the Issuer has successfully made its first Perpetual Securities issuance of RM340.0 million under the Perpetual Note Programme.
The Perpetual Securities will not be listed on any exchange.
