We refer to our announcement on 5 February 2018 in relation to the acceptance of the Revolving Financing-i Facility.
The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, as Manager of SUNREIT, wishes to announce that the Trustee had on 18 August 2020 accepted the supplemental facilities offer letter from HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad for the following revisions to the terms of the Revolving Financing-i Facility:
(1) that the facility amount was revised to USD95.5 million; and (2) that the ratio of the Loan to Security Value shall not exceed 50%.
