Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements dated 28 February 2019 and 1 April 2019 (“Announcements”).

We refer to our Announcements in relation to the CP Programme established by SUNREIT Capital Berhad (the “Issuer”), a special purpose vehicle whose shares are held by RHB Trustees Berhad, as trustee for SUNREIT.

The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, as manager of SUNREIT, wishes to announce that the CP holders via the CP Trustee had approved the revision to the principal terms and conditions of CP Programme, such that the ratio of the Total Loans to the Security Value shall not exceed 50% at all times (the “Revision”). The Rating Agency has also confirmed that the Revision will not affect the existing P1(s) rating for the CP Programme. 

On behalf of the Issuer, Public Investment Bank Berhad, being the Principal Adviser and Lead Arranger for the CP Programme, had on 18 August 2020 notified the Securities Commission Malaysia that the Revision has taken effect on even date.
