On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Manager, RHB Investment Bank is pleased to announce that the Private Placement has been completed following the listing and quotation of 479,729,700 Placement Units on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 28 October 2020. Accordingly, based on the placement issue price of RM1.48 per Placement Unit, the gross proceeds raised from the Private Placement is approximately RM710.0 million.

With the listing of the Placement Units, the enlarged total number of issued units in Sunway REIT is 3,424,807,700 units.
