On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of Sunway REIT (“Manager”), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that OSK Trustees Berhad, as trustee of Sunway REIT (“Trustee”), has on 9 October 2012 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Sunway Medical Centre Berhad, a subsidiary of Sunway Berhad, for the proposed acquisition of the SunMed Property (as defined herein) for a total purchase consideration of RM310 million. On even date, the Trustee and the Manager have entered into a conditional hospital master lease agreement with SMCB for the lease of the SunMed Property to SMCB which shall commence upon the Completion Date (as defined herein).
