We refer to the announcements dated 9 October 2012, 10 October 2012, 28 November 2012, 30 November 2012 and 18 December 2012 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Manager, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed today following the payment of the Balance which was drawn from Sunway REIT’s existing debt financing facilities (“Borrowings”). Depending on the quantum that could be raised via the Proposed Placement, the proceeds from the Proposed Placement will be used to partially or fully repay the Borrowings.
