We refer to your letter dated 8 February 2000 and append herewith our reply as follows:-
1. there are no material development in the Company's business and affairs which are not previously disclosed;
2. there are no impending change in the major shareholders;
3. the Company is unaware, to the best of our knowledge, of any reason, rumour or report which contains information which are likely to have an effect on the trading of the Company's securities.
Other than the proposed Joint-Venture with WRc Plc,which was duly announced recently, we hereby declare that none of the situations /events as listed in your letter contributed to the unusual market action activities.
