We refer to your announcement dated 25 January 2000 in respect of the aforesaid
matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish the Exchange with the following additional
information for public release with regard to the valuation of
telecommunications business of RM7.0 billion and inclusive of other assets
amounting to RM8.544 billion:-

(1) Details of the telecommunications business and other assets.

(2) Details of the valuation.

(3) Date of valuation.

(4) Basis and assumptions of the valuation.

(5) Net book value as at the latest audited accounts of each of the assets.

Please furnish the Exchange with your reply within one (1) market day from the
date hereof.
