We refer to the Exchange's query of 8 August 2000 in respect of the abovesaid news article appearing on the webpage of The Edge on Thursday 3 August 2000.

In response to the above, we wish to inform the Exchange that the Explanatory Statement in relation to the Proposed Scheme of Arrangement issued to the Scheme Creditors on 15 May 2000, reported that the cashflow from operating activities in the Consolidated Cashflow Forecast and Projections of the TIME Group for the financial years ending 31 December 2000 and 2001 are RM1.5 billion and RM2.0 billion respectively.

In this respect, the above is consistent with the expected group revenue for the financial years 2000 and 2001 as reported by the Managing Director of TIME dotCom Berhad.
