In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined
sentences, which are reproduced as follows:-
"TA Enterprise Bhd (TAE) is believed to be finalising plans to acquire
Terengganu-based FA Securities Sdn Bhd as it moves closer towards becoming a
universal broker."
"An Agreement to acquire the retail-based FA Securities is likely to be made
this week. The price tag is said to be RM80 million, which works out to around
RM4 a share."
"On FA Securities, TAE will acquire the company from listed FA Peninsular Bhd
