LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 50599 OF 2008

Kindly be advised that the abovenamed Company's additional:-

(i) 63,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each issued pursuant to the Scheme; and

(ii) 192,400 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each arising from the aforesaid Exercise

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 2 July 2008.
