Further to the announcement made on 26 February 2015 on the PMSB Acquisition and CSSB Acquisition, the Company wishes to announce that based on the total purchase consideration of approximately RM102.851 million for the Acquisitions, the Group expects to fund the Acquisitions by way of bank borrowings of up to RM60 million and the balance by internally generated funds of RM42.851 million. Should the Acquisitions be funded by a lower amount of bank borrowings, the amount of internally generated funds required will be higher in line with the reduction in the amount of bank borrowings. In addition, the definition of “TCB” appeared in Notes 1, 4(c), and 10 means “Taliworks Corporation Berhad”. This announcement is dated 4 March 2015.
