BURSA ANNOUNCEMENTS

Taliworks wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders on the Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate at the forthcoming Twenty-First Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened.
At the Twentieth AGM of the Company held on 28 June 2011, the Company had obtained a mandate from its shareholders for Taliworks and/or its subsidiaries (‘the Group”) to enter into RRPT of a revenue or trading nature with related parties in the ordinary course of business which are necessary for the Group’s day-to-day operations (“the RRPT Mandate”). The RRPT Mandate, unless renewed, shall lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of the Company.

Accordingly, the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate at the forthcoming AGM of the Company.

A circular containing details of the Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate will be distributed to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
