BURSA ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Board of Directors of Taliworks is pleased to announce that Sungai Harmoni, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has today received a letter of offer dated 21 August 2018 from Air Selangor (“Offer”) setting out the (i) key terms of settlement between Air Selangor, Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (“SPLASH”) and Sungai Harmoni relating to Sungai Harmoni’s outstanding receivables arising from its existing operations and maintenance of the Sungai Selangor Water Treatment Plant Phase 1 (“SSP1”) under the SSP1 OMA between Sungai Harmoni and SPLASH (as defined in the attachment); and the (ii) key terms in respect of the New OMA (as defined in the attachment) between Air Selangor and Sungai Harmoni.
