Further to the announcements made by the Company on 30 June 2011, 29 August 2012 and 30 October 2012 in relation to the above matter, we wish to update the Exchange that Puresino Guanghan had recently received two (2) notices of Enforcement of Judgment (“Notices”) both dated 6 November 2012 in respect of the above matter from the Sichuan Deyang City Intermediate People’s Court (the “Court”). The details of the Notices are as follows:- (a) The sum of RMB3,510,000 shall be transferred from the Defendant’s account to BODA; and (b) The sum of RMB180,000 in the Defendant’s account shall be frozen.
