Further to the annoucement dated 5 February 2004 on the Proposed Private Placement, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Palette, Affin Merchant Bank Berhad wishes to announce that all of the Placement Shares have been fully placed out and accordingly allotted to the identified placees.
The date for the listing of and quotation for the Placement Shares will be announced by Malaysia Securities Exchange Berhad in due course. As such, the Proposed Private Placement will be completed upon the listing of and quotation for the Placement Shares.
