Description	Dissolution of Zecon Plantation Sdn. Bhd., a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of TH Plantations Berhad ("THP").
We refer to our announcement dated 16 December 2009. We wish to announce that Zecon Plantation Sdn. Bhd. (“ZECON”), which was placed under Member’s Voluntary Winding-Up on 16 December 2009 and which held its final meeting on 11 January 2011, was dissolved on 16 April 2011 i.e. after the expiration of three (3) months from the date of lodgment of the Return Relating To Final Meeting with the Registrar of Companies. The Return Relating To Final Meeting was lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 17 January 2011. The dissolution of ZECON will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of TH Plantations Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2011. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of THP or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolution. This announcement is dated 18 April 2011.
