TH Plantations Berhad ("THP") wishes to announce its half yearly update on Headline KPIs for the financial year ending 31 December 2011. The half yearly announcement of THP's KPIs is part of the broader KPI framework that THP has in place, as prescribed under the Government-Linked Companies Transformation Programme, and is disclosed on a voluntary basis.

NOTE:
During the second quarter ended 30 June 2011, THP has declared and paid a final gross dividend of 12.5 sen per ordinary share less tax 25% in respect of financial year ended 31 December 2010 as approved by shareholders at THP's Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2011 amounting to RM47.17 million.
