TH Plantations Berhad's subsidiaries, TH PELITA Gedong Sdn Bhd (“Gedong”) and TH PELITA Sadong Sdn Bhd (“Sadong”) had filed their Written Submission and Bundle of Authorities with the Kuching High Court on 2 April 2015 in respect of their Application under the Order 14A Rules of the Court, 2012 to strike out the Defendants’ Defence. The Plaintiffs and the Defendants were given 14 days to reply to each other's Submission and the Court is expected to deliver its decision on 11 May 2015.
