We refer to our announcement dated 30 October 2012 in relation to the Sukuk Murabahah Programme of up to RM1.0 Billion in nominal value with Lembaga Tabung Haji ("Sukuk Murabahah Programme - RM1.0 Billion”). The Company is pleased to announce that THP has on 27 May 2015 fully redeemed the outstanding RM800.0 million of Sukuk Murabahah under the Sukuk Murabahah Programme - RM1.0 Billion and accordingly the Sukuk Murabahah Programme - RM1.0 Billion has been cancelled with immediate effect. This announcement is dated 27 May 2015. |
