Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviation and definition used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the Announcement. The Board of Directors of THP wishes to announce that the Proposed Hydroflow Acquisition had been completed on 1 July 2012. Consequent thereto, Hydroflow is a 70%-owned subsidiary of THP with effect from 1 July 2012. This announcement is dated 2 July 2012. | |
