Further to our announcement made on 3 April 2013, we wish to announce that the Company will seek its shareholders' approval for an additional proposal as follows, at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting:
1. Proposed increase in THP's authorised share capital and proposed amendments to THP's Memorandum of Association to facilitate the proposed increase in authorised share capital ("Proposed Increase") .

The details of the Proposed Increase will be incorporated into the Company's 2012 Annual Report which will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
