We refer to our announcements dated 9 August 2019, 22 August 2019 and 20 September 2019.
The Company wishes to inform that it has evaluated the reply to the show-cause letter submitted by Encik Mohamed Azman Shah bin Ishak, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company ("the CFO"). After due deliberation, the Company has decided to dismiss the CFO from office. A letter to that effect has been sent to the CFO today.
In the interim, the following persons shall continue to carry out the responsibilities and functions of the CFO:
1. Marliyana binti Omar, Assistant General Manager, Finance; and 2. Hamidah binti Hassan, Senior Manager, Finance.
