| Based on the issued and paid-up share capital of RSB as at 27 October 2011 of RM327,126,236 comprising 654,252,472 RSB Shares, the Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of 654,252,472 Bonus Shares, to be credited as fully paid-up, on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 1 RSB Share held as at the Entitlement Date. The date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares shall be 14 November 2011, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date for the Bonus Issue. Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, the share registrar of RSB, is expected to issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of RSB by 18 November 2011.
