We refer to the query from Malaysia Securities Exchange Berhad ("MESB") in the news article appearing in New Straits Times, Business Times Section, Page B3, on Thursday, 15 January 2004. In this respect, attention is drawn to the following sentence, which state that:-

"...... rumours of a director selling of shares in the company."

Pursuant thereto, the Company after due and diligent enquiries wish to deny the above article as all the directors and major shareholders of the Company have not transacted in the shares of the Company since the date of the listing of FRB on the Mesdaq market of the Malaysia Securities Exchange Berhad save for the company's announcement dated 23 December 2003 and 6 January 2004.

enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence,
which state that:-
