We refer to your letter dated 22 February 2000 on today's unusual market action of our Company's shares and wish to inform that there is no material development in our Company's business and affairs which have not been previously disclosed. The Company has no knowledge of any impending change in the major shareholders nor of any other reasons to account for the unusual market action.
We also wish to confirm that none of the situations/events listed in your letter dated 22 February 2000 has contributed to the unusual market activities in our Company's shares during the period in question.
