We refer to your letter dated 29 November 2000 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

We wish to inform the Exchange that:-

1) KE's eventual issued and paid up share capital will be Swiss franc (SFR) 100, 000 comprising 100 shares with a par value of SFR1,000 per share.

2) TC's eventual capital outlay in KE will be SFR48,000 or approximately RM100,800 (SFR1 = RM2.10) and the source of funding will be via internally generated fund.
