On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 32,700,000 Placement Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 15 March 2019, which marks the completion of the Private Placement.
