We refer to your letter dated 29 September 2000 in respect of the above matter and furnish herewith additional information for public release :-

1. The basis for arriving at the Contract Sum of RM6,313,000 is as disclosed in the Appendix A attached;

2. There is no other person connected to the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company who has interest, either direct or indirect in the Contract except for YBhg Tan Sri Rozali Ismail("TSR") and Encik Mat Hairi Ismail ("MHI") , their interests of which are indirectly held through the following companies :-

• Peribadi Johan Sdn Bhd ("PJSB") *
• Kuala Lumpur City Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd

-Othman and Associates for PJSB #

* By virtue of TSR's and MHI's individual 50% equity interests in PJSB

3. The supplemental Letter of Award dated 26 September 2000 in respect of the Contract is available for inspection at our office, No.3, Jalan PS 1/11, Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Seksyen 1, 40150 Shah Alam , Selangor Darul Ehsan at any time during the office hours between 9.00 am to 5.30 pm on a working day (except Saturday).

We refer to your Company's announcement dated 28 September 2000, in respect of
the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish the Exchange with the following additional
information for public release:-
Basis for arriving at the Contract Sum;
Whether persons connected with a director or substantial shareholder have any
interest, direct or indirect, in the contract, the nature of the relationship
with such director or substantial shareholder, and the name of the connected
person; and
Time and place where the supplemental Letter of Award may be inspected.
Please furnish the Exchange with your reply within two (2) market days from the
date hereof.
