Your query letter dated 22 December, 2000 on subject-matter refers.
We, the Board of Directors of Saag Corporation Berhad ("SAAG") would like to clarify as follows:-
1. The eventual issued and paid-up share capital is approximately RM200,000 for BGSB and RM500,000 for BCSB.
2. The eventual capital outlay by Saag Corporation Berhad is 60% in BGSB and 70% in BCSB.
These figures and percentages are expected to be maintained in the foreseeable future.

We refer to your announcement dated 21 December 2000, in respect of the
aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish the Exchange with the following additional
information for public release:
1. Eventual issued and paid-up share capital of BGSB and BCSB.
2. Eventual capital outlay by SAAG Corporation Berhad in BGSB and BCSB
respectively.
Please furnish the Exchange with your reply within two (2) market days from the
