(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this Announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 14 August 2019 in relation to the Proposed Disposal and Proposed Tenancy (collectively to be referred to as “Proposals”))

We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 30 November 2018, 3 June 2019, 20 June 2019, 3 July 2019 and 14 August 2019 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Company has been notified by the Purchaser today that the Selangor Land and Mines Office had, vide its letters dated 1 August 2019, 2 August 2019 and 5 August 2019 respectively to the Purchaser’s solicitors, informed that the State Authority had granted its approval for the Proposed Disposal pursuant to Section 433B of the National Land Code (No. 56 of 1965) on:

(i)      29 July 2019 in respect of:

         (a)       Lot 2 and Lot 3, Jalan Pengisar 15/9; and

         (b)       Lot 6, Lot 8, Lot 10, Lot 14, Lot 16 and Lot 18, Jalan Utas 15/7; and

(ii)     1 August 2019 in respect of:

         (a)       Lot 12, Jalan Utas 15/7; and

         (b)       Lot 51, Jalan Pengisar 15/9.

The above approval is valid for 2 years from the date of approval.
