Further to the announcements made on 26 June 2020, 1 July 2020 and 9 July 2020, the Company wishes to announce that the application by UMW Toyota to strike out the Plaintiff’s claim was heard at the Kuala Lumpur High Court today and the matter has been adjourned to 23 September 2020 for decision.

The Company will make further announcement on any material development in this matter from time to time.
