| The actual number of New Warrants to be issued can only be determined based on the issued and paid-up ordinary share capital of IRIS on 29 March 2010. The abridged prospectus, together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment (collectively referred to as the “Documents”) in relation to the Warrants Issue, will be despatched on 31 March 2010 to the entitled ordinary shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of IRIS on 29 March 2010. These Documents will not be despatched to entitled ordinary shareholders who have not provided an address in Malaysia. Any shareholder who is without a registered address in Malaysia and wishes to provide a Malaysian address should inform their respective stockbrokers to effect the change of address prior to 29 March 2010.
