We refer to our announcement dated 31 December 2003 on the purchase of two dormant shelf companies, namely, Zodiac Venture Sdn Bhd comprising of two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and Fable Active Sdn Bhd comprising of two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
We wish to advise that the purchase consideration for these two dormant shelf companies, including professional fees and incorporation expenses, amounted to RM 2,730 per company. The mode of payment is cash.
