The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the:-
i. 289,065,127 Rights Shares and 144,532,298 Warrants D issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants; and
ii. 24,577,496 additional warrants 2013/ 2018 in Instacom ("Warrants B") and 9,830,784 additional warrants 2015/ 2020 in Instacom ("Warrants C") issued pursuant to the adjustments arising from the Rights Issue with Warrants (excluding fractional entitlements which were disregarded),
were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 14 July 2015, marking the completion of the Corporate Exercises.
