The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
We refer to our earlier announcements dated 6 August 2015, 17 August 2015, 22 September 2015 and 21 October 2015.
i. the exact number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on 5 November 2015 is 433,597,012 Bonus Shares;
ii. the exact number of additional Warrants B to be listed and quoted on 5 November 2015 consequential to the Bonus Issue is 125,232,599 Warrants B;
iii. the new exercise price for the Warrants B is RM0.24 per Warrant B;
iv. the exact number of additional Warrants C to be listed and quoted on 5 November 2015 consequential to the Bonus Issue is 50,090,202 Warrants C;
v. the new exercise price for the Warrants C is RM0.10 per Warrant C;
vi. the exact number of additional Warrants D to be listed and quoted on 5 November 2015 consequential to the Bonus Issue is 48,175,841 Warrants D; and
vii. the new exercise price for the Warrants D is RM0.10 per Warrant D.
The above will be in effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 5 November 2015.
The latest issued and paid-up share capital after the issuance and allotment of the Bonus Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue and Consideration Shares pursuant to the Acquisition is RM234,023,686 comprising of 2,340,236,864 Instacom Shares. |
